Rainbow Swing

I experimented with a bit of wiring with this pair of earrings, and decided to heap it full with teeny little swarovski crystals and smooth czech glass drops. The final result was a very sparkly and colourful pair of earrings that look like a swing, accommodating all its little jewel children.

Sweetpea (earrings)

What more to say? Freshwater pearls, the same smooth baby pink czech ovals and ornamentation with silver rose and leaf accents make this a simple, yet essential, derivative of its matching bracelet.

Protoctista

Careful, albeit tedious, wirework characterizes these earrings' unique frames. It was definitely hard work getting every single tiny swarovski crystal firmly wired to the metal oval frame but it was worth it in the end! Somewhat like a unicellular alien, these earrings are rather surreal. Made with amethyst ovals and swarovski crystals.

Dandy Candy

Lollipop, lollipop, oh-lolli-lolli-lolli-lollipop!

Don't know why I always associate that jingle with these earrings but they do look quite like candy don't they? Made with kitschy heart buttons, glass pearls and peach czech glass beads.

Price: $8.00

Wise Old Owl

I thought the antiquity of the silver oval frame, accentuated by the cream pearl drop within it, very much resembled a pondering owl. Its wordly concoction of blues, greys and silver makes this a very curious piece indeed.

Prince of Peace (earrings)

Finally, the matching earrings to its bracelet! These earrings are simple but have a powerful message.

Price: $10.00

Teal Sago

Wiring the little teal pearls onto the silver frame of these earrings was tough work, but it was worth it in the end. But it's not something that I'd be doing again in a hurry, though! Anyway these lovelies are long and cascading, and are excellent for that formal dinner appointment.

Firecrackers

I found something quite festive about this pair of earrings, something like an exploding firecracker. Perhaps it's the gold, perhaps it's the warm shades of subtle brown in the crackle czech glass beads.

Price: $16.00

Queen Bee

This is the gold version to my previous design of Balinese Dancer; I decided to try this look with tiger eye rounds and gold accents instead. This one is relatively shorter too and can be worn to more casual events.

Jewelled Prince

Yes, a masculine term! I rather felt that this earring, although obviously feminine in its own way, also had a sense of princely quality to it too. It is after all a very handsome number, with its stark colours of gold accents and oversized swarovski crystals in funky amethyst and dark green.

Krupskaya

Reminiscent of post-Tzarist Russia, this old world earring in its intoxicating hues of antique gold and coffee pearls is enough to bring anyone for a tour back into the past.

This is a bizarre combination of simple with intoxicatingly complex. A fine balance lies between these two earring sides as an exotic plant-like design on one complements the clean simplicity of the other.

Balinese Dancer

A significantly more radical concept to earrings I usually make, I decided to keep it simple with these lovely ornate silver bead caps that, excluding the earring hooks, boast a bold 5cm drop including the pearl at the bottom. Wildly exotic, you'll be dying to wear these earrings to the most elegant of functions.
